In memory of our beautiful little boy Harry who was born on 27th May 2014 and sadly lost his fight on Friday 20 February 2015 against Meningitis.

Harry was our little blue eyed boy our little snuggle bug and we miss him dearly ,we are so proud of everything you achieved in your life by 8 months you were crawling walking around the furniture trying to stand alone and even babbling words to us, u were always laughing and so content, our perfect little boy , in Harrys memory we want to raise as much awareness about this disease and as much money as possible to help fund the charity Meningitis Now so they are able to help other families just like they have helped ours.

Meningitis is a widely misunderstood disease and takes lives both young and old. Please give generously to help this great charity to continue to support families like mine against this terrible disease.

Most people have a misconception that babies are vaccinated against all types of Meningitis, this is not the case. Harry died of a strain where their is not yet a vaccine available for use in the UK. There is a vaccine, currently being used in Europe, which is about to be debated and discussed in Parliament. If this had been available, maybe it would have stopped Harry getting the disease.
